Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible:

  • Accessories: Ship within 1–2 business days from the order date.
  • Carts: Ship within 2–5 business days from the order date.
  • Raw (Unfinished) Items: Ship within 5–7 business days from the order date.

All cart shipments are handled via freight, quoted and scheduled through a third-party freight broker we work closely with. Each cart is palletized at an additional charge of $55–$75 per pallet, depending on the size of the cart and total order. Accessories ship via USPS.

Customers are welcome to use their own shipping company—and we encourage doing so if you have a preferred vendor. Otherwise, we’re happy to provide a freight quote upon request.

Please note: Once items leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for delivery issues, including delays, changes to delivery addresses, or the addition of special equipment (e.g., liftgates). Please ensure all delivery details are finalized prior to shipment.

Residential Delivery

We can ship to residential addresses, though commercial, industrial, or business locations are strongly preferred. Shipping to a business with a dock, forklift, or truck ramp can reduce delivery fees by approximately $150–$200. For additional savings, pick up your order from a local shipping hub.

Warranty

All carts come with a Lifetime Warranty. Please refer to our full Warranty Terms for details on coverage and limitations.

Returns & Refunds

  • Carts: Due to the high cost of freight shipping, all cart sales are final and non-returnable. We strongly encourage customers to double-check their equipment dimensions and review cart specifications prior to ordering. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help you select the right product.
  • Accessories: Accessories may be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. A refund will be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse.

Custom Orders

All custom or modified cart orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please confirm all specifications in writing before production begins.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur material or restocking fees—particularly for carts already in production or for raw/unpainted orders.

Damaged Shipments / Claims

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to document the damage with photos and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but timely documentation is essential.

Payment & Taxes

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order where required by law.
