What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Cash, ACH Payments & Electronic Wire Transfers. We do not accept Zelle/Venmo Payments, CODs or Coupons.
Could I use my own shipping company?
Yes, we highly recommend that you use a shipping vendor you’re comfortable with or we can provide you with a freight quote.
Can you ship to a residential address?
While we can accommodate residential deliveries, we recommend having our carts shipped to a business, commercial or industrial location within close proximity of your residence. If the business location has a truck ramp, forklift or dock, you can expect to pay $150-200 less in delivery fees.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Our office is not open during weekends, but you can always reach us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org after hours. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of our sales personnel at 818-767-1122 to accommodate your schedule.
Could I have my cart painted in a different color?
Yes, for an additional charge you can choose one of our other color options.
Do you repair carts from other manufacturers?
Yes. The cart will need to be physically present so we can give you a realistic estimate on the type of work required.
Do your carts come with a warranty?
Yes, our carts come with a Lifetime Warranty. See Warranty terms.
Do you make custom carts?
Yes, you as a customer can design your own cart and we will build it for you. Cost will vary on material and labor required to your customize your cart.
What deposit amount should I expect to pay when ordering a custom cart?
50% of the total cost listed on the Sales Order.
How long will it take for a custom cart to be delivered?
This will depend on how elaborate your cart is and how busy we are with cart orders. Custom carts can take up to 2-3 weeks from the order date to be delivered.
Could I obtain replacement parts for my cart?
Yes, we stock all replacement parts and third party items.
