These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Studio Carts’ website and services, as well as any purchases made through our website, over the phone, via email, or in person. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Studio Carts manufactures and sells production equipment carts and accessories. We make every effort to display accurate product details and specifications. However, dimensions, materials, and features may vary slightly due to production changes or material availability. - Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted. A 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom orders, with the balance due prior to shipment or pickup. Orders exceeding six carts require full or partial prepayment. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, wire transfer, or check. - Taxes
Sales tax is charged where required by law and will be reflected on your invoice. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate at the time of purchase. - Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines vary by product type:- Accessories: Ship within 1–2 business days
- Carts: Ship within 2–5 business days
- Raw (Unfinished) Items: Ship within 5–7 business days
Studio Carts uses third-party freight brokers to schedule and manage large shipments. Customers may use their own freight provider if preferred. We are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery issues, or accessorial charges (e.g., liftgates, rescheduling, rerouting) once the shipment has left our warehouse.
- Return Policy
- Carts: All sales are final. Due to high freight costs and made-to-order production, carts are non-returnable.
- Accessories: May be returned with prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a refund will be issued once the item(s) are received and inspected.
- Custom Orders: All custom or modified items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the stage of production and any materials already purchased. - Warranty
Studio Carts offers a Lifetime Warranty on all carts, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling. See our full Warranty Policy for details. - Intellectual Property
All content on the Studio Carts website, including product designs, text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Studio Carts and may not be used or reproduced without written permission. - Limitation of Liability
Studio Carts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. - Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to process orders, respond to inquiries, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, California. - Changes to Terms
Studio Carts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
